Eternal life in heaven is available to everyone but possible only by having a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. You can have that relationship by taking the following steps:
Understand that God loves you and created you to know Him personally. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."
Admit that you are a sinner and are separated from God. Therefore you cannot know God personally or experience His love. Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay for your sins, rose again and is alive today. It is only through Him that you can know God personally and receive eternal life in heaven. Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." John 1:12 "Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God."
You can begin a personal relationship with God by expressing your belief and faith in Christ alone for the forgiveness of your sins. Simply talk to God in prayer, ask Him to forgive you and give you eternal life in heaven. He will do exactly that!
