Everyone at FCC is challenged to read through the entire Bible in 2010. A reading schedule is available to assist you in reaching this goal. Pick up a daily Bible reading schedule at Grand Central on Sundays or download it here and join other FCCers in reading from Genesis to Revelation by December 31st, 2010! Tip: Ask a friend to be your accountability partner. Let's encourage each other to make God's Word a priority in our lives in the new year!
Got Questions?
Each week, we'll provide a list of questions frequently asked about the verses assigned for that week.
Why read the Bible together as a church?
It can be easy to get discouraged when we get behind and with no one to encourage us we can fall away. Reading together provides accountability. If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! (Eccl. 4:10)
Since we are all reading the same passages, we can share about what we are reading with each other.
Those with a mor thorough knowledge of the Bible can help those who are struggling to understand difficult passages.
By the end of 2010, our church will have grown deeper spiritually as a result of fedding our souls with God's Word.
